Used to love the food at their Houston locations, and began to like the Austin location as well. However, they have gone markedly downhill since late 2017, including both service and quality of food. In our past few visits, we were not offered any complementary bread/oil until we asked, and the quality of each and every food item was disappointing, including the appetizers, soups and main entrees. After enjoying their food for over a decade, we have finally decided not to visit ever again... just not worth it.

Amazing food, friendly service. The menu had lots of gluten free options and each item had the calories clearly stated. The kitchen is open so you can clearly see cleanliness standards. Everything is made in house and fresh each day.

Carrabba's is always a great experience! We called ahead to reserve a table for 7 for Christmas Eve! Once we arrived the hostess was pleasant even though there were lots of people waiting to be helped. The staff works so hard to help many customers on such a busy night. Restaurant was very clean and the food was really great! Thank you!

Delicious food and not too expensive. A single person can eat for approximately $15-20 for lunch. I absolutely love their fresh bread and dipping oil with herbs. It is served at the table as soon as you sit down, as a free appetizer. I could eat that all day long!
